Request for Proposal / HVAC Maintenance Services

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for HVAC maintenance services at city facilities. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, parts, insurance, supervision, cleanup, permits, fees, and abide by all local, state, and federal codes applicable to the maintaining and servicing of HVAC equipment. This includes boilers, heat pumps, chillers, roof top package units, mini splits, split system, condenser units, exhaust fans, ice machines, and many other types of HVAC equipment. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the maintenance and servicing of HVAC equipment. • The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal codes applicable to the work. • The contractor must provide insurance, supervision, cleanup, permits, and fees as required. • The contractor must maintain and service various types of HVAC equipment, including boilers, heat pumps, and chillers.
