KSFB Event Merchandising

The Kentucky State Fair Board (KSFB) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional merchandise design, sourcing, and production services for official event merchandise associated with its produced events. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing original merchandise design concepts, artwork development, product sourcing and manufacturing, and delivery of finished goods to designated Kentucky Venues warehouse or event location. The vendor(s) will also be required to comply with all Kentucky Venues brand standards and review. The contract term is expected to be two years with two optional two-year renewal periods. • The KSFB is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality merchandise at competitive wholesale prices. • The vendor(s) will be required to provide production tracking reports, order confirmation, and delivery schedules. • The KSFB reserves the right to assign work based on event needs, product category, creative fit, pricing, or any combination thereof. • The vendor(s) will be required to submit annual design collections for each event and offer reasonable timelines on design edits. • The KSFB will retain final approval authority on all designs and products.
