SFM- LPG Prop- Propane Line Pressure Testing and Inspection Services

The Ohio Department of Commerce – State Fire Marshal Division is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services, including yearly inspections and pressure testing of propane lines, to maintain NFPA standards. The services include inspecting propane lines for LPG prop tower, liquid propane lines from the manifold in the tower, and control valves behind each fixture. The contractor will also perform a yearly visual test on all visible lines and a triennial static pressure test on the liquid propane lines. • The contractor must provide itemized quotes, including estimated shipping, company name, and contact information. • The contractor must state if they accept credit card as a form of payment and if there are any additional fees applied to those purchases. • The contractor must provide supplier's Software License Agreement, Maintenance Agreement, and Terms and Conditions documentation when quoting. • The contractor must provide two separate quotes if not all products and/or services are referenced on a DAS Contract.
