Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to provide event and venue services for two Interview Fundamental events in Banten, Indonesia. The contractor will be responsible for providing meeting rooms, food and beverage services, and other related support services. The events will take place in August 2026 and will involve up to 50 participants. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah and must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. Some of the key requirements include: providing a four-star hotel with meeting facilities, ensuring stable utilities and reliable Wi-Fi, and maintaining appropriate hotel security measures. The contractor must also provide daily cleaning and room reset services, and ensure that all lodging accommodations and meeting facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational throughout the performance period.
• The contractor must provide meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 50 participants, including adequate space for the required setup, participant movement, equipment, and banquet staff movement.
• The contractor must provide food and beverage services, including two coffee break sessions and a lunch buffet, for each event.
• The contractor must provide equipment, supplies, and other requirements, including audio-visual systems, cordless microphones, and flipcharts.
• The contractor must ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and that all requirements are met.
