Mastery Charter Schools in Camden, NJ is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive electrical repair and low‑voltage security system services for six school campuses during FY 2026‑27. The scope includes routine and emergency electrical work, corrective maintenance of access‑control, video‑surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and related cabling, plus detailed documentation and compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and licensing requirements. The contract is a network‑wide, 12‑month agreement with the possibility of two one‑year extensions, and requires 24/7 emergency response capability.
• Perform corrective electrical repairs (panels, lighting, receptacles, grounding, code remediation) and limited non‑capital projects.
• Service low‑voltage security systems (camera, access‑control, intrusion, intercom, cabling) with 24/7 emergency response.
• Deliver full service tickets, photos, root‑cause analysis, and 24‑hour emergency incident summaries; adhere to NTE thresholds and obtain prior approval for larger repairs.
