Event Banner and Flag Display Services – Vendor Information Request

The City of Clermont is seeking information from qualified firms that provide event banner installation/removal and flag display installation/removal and maintenance services. The city anticipates that the contracted services may include installing and removing event banners over public roadways, coordinating banner changeovers, and performing installations during low-traffic hours. The city also anticipates that the contracted services may include installing and removing flag displays at multiple pre-designated locations, performing ongoing maintenance during display periods, and removing flags ahead of potential severe weather events. • The city may provide flags and/or permanent mounting hardware, and may provide event banners for pickup/return at a designated location. • The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, ladders, vehicles, and any specialty equipment necessary to safely perform the work. • Certain areas may have equipment restrictions for pedestrian safety. • The city may accept information in whole or in part, request clarifications, and may or may not issue a future solicitation.
