Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids for assistive accessibility technology equipment to support a TWC Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Division (VRD) customer’s independence, mobility, and access within their home. The contract term will commence on the fully executed contract date and expire on August 31, 2026. The contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding.
• The equipment should provide assistive technology options for VRD customers to have independence in their homes.
• The contract term is approximately 9 months.
• The contract value is $27,969.00.
• The bidder must submit a bid that meets all the specifications stated on Form 2 – Cost Proposal.
• The bidder must complete, sign, and return Form 1 – Execution of Bid and Form 3 – Financial Questionnaire (unless it is a governmental entity).
