Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $15,000,000

Based on the proposed construction budget of $11 million for Phase 1, the total budget for the project could be in the range of $10 million to $15 million, depending on the scope of work and the contractor's fees. The budget will likely be structured as a combination of lump sum payments and progress payments, with the contractor earning a percentage of the total construction cost. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the project, the experience and qualifications of the contractor, and the level of risk associated with the project.
