Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for the demolition of structures in the right of way or easement areas. The selected contractor will be required to provide all equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the complete demolition of the structures. The work must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the right of way property management service class and must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the completion of the project.
