Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide data management and maintenance services for the VA Office of Primary Care Analytic Team (PCAT). The selected vendor will be responsible for developing, upgrading, and maintaining a system to manage data acquisition, data storage, data access, and security for PCAT. The vendor will also provide training and education to PCAT staff on the use of the data management system. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, with a start date of April 15, 2026, and an end date of April 14, 2030.
Some key responsibilities of the vendor include:
• Developing and maintaining a data management model for PCAT
• Conducting annual assessments of PCAT's data maturity and current state of data management
• Developing and implementing an action plan to address gaps in PCAT's data management capabilities
• Providing ongoing training and education to PCAT staff on the use of the data management system
• Monitoring and controlling critical processes to ensure quality and compliance with VA policies and procedures.
