The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Beltsville Branch facility (approximately 29,105 sq ft). The three‑year firm‑fixed‑price contract requires a on‑site supervisor, janitorial crew, and day porter to work weekdays 7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., covering restrooms, public areas, offices, and floor maintenance. The contractor must supply all labor, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and transportation, adhere to Maryland’s Green Purchasing specifications, and use supplies from Blind Industries & Services of Maryland.
