Description
The City of Richland is seeking a consultant to provide energy efficiency commercial and industrial project oversight, inspections, and assessments using BPA software to meet BPA energy efficiency program requirements and energy savings targets. The scope of work includes communicating with commercial and industrial customers, conducting pre- and post-evaluation and savings calculations, coordinating energy efficiency project application submittals, and preparing assessment reports. The consultant should have experience in commercial and industrial energy efficiency, BPA energy efficiency programs, and software. The City estimates the cost for this project to be between $60,000 and $80,000 annually.
