Description
The Little Rock Air Force Base Outdoor Recreation Office is seeking a sole‑source acquisition of the RecTrac Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system subscription from Vermont Systems. The subscription includes RecTrac Workgroup Software, VSI Cloud, configuration services, and PayTrac, and must be compatible with existing RecTrac hardware on the base. The contract will cover one base year with two one‑year option periods and a possible six‑month extension, and will be procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO Part 13).
