Description
The Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority is seeking a qualified food service vendor to operate a café and/or event catering at the Ogdensburg International Airport Great Room in Ogdensburg, New York. The vendor will be responsible for providing a variety of healthy and affordable food and beverage options to airline passengers and the general public, as well as catering services for scheduled events. The contract term is expected to be three years, with the option to extend. The vendor will be responsible for all costs associated with customizing the storefront, providing equipment and supplies, and operating the food service operation.
• The café and event space are approximately 461 square feet and 8,000 square feet, respectively.
• The vendor will be required to obtain all necessary permits and licenses and to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to operate the food service operation.
• The vendor will be required to implement waste and recycling management best practices and to prioritize environmentally friendly and low-carbon construction and equipment materials.
• The vendor will be required to comply with the provisions of Executive Order 22, which promotes sustainable building practices and environmental stewardship.
