HVAC installations for the Radio sites

The project involves the installation of HVAC systems at six radio communication sites in Lewis County, Washington. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete turnkey installation, including delivery, unloading, placement, and installation of HVAC equipment, as well as installation of all indoor and outdoor components, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, insulation, and protective line covering. The contractor must also ensure that all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, mechanical and electrical code requirements, applicable utility standards, and inspection authority requirements. • The project requires the installation of Daikin RXF18BVJU9 / FTXF18BVJU9 18,000 BTU HVAC systems at six radio communication sites: BawFaw, Cooks, Crego, FD14 (Randle), Hopkins, and Toledo. • The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install fully operational HVAC systems. • The contractor must coordinate any planned power interruptions or outages in advance to avoid impacts to 911 communications operations. • The contractor must maintain safe and clean working conditions and restore any site conditions disturbed during construction activities.
