The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is conducting market research via an RFI to identify vendors capable of supplying a statewide, enterprise‑level digital communications platform that will serve up to 250 state agencies. DES intends to hold a single statewide software license and then resell/sub‑license access to individual agencies under a tiered subscription model (monthly or annual). The platform must be omni‑channel (web, mobile, email, chat, video), secure, scalable, and able to integrate with existing state systems, while providing role‑based access, audit logging, and reporting.
