RFP Notice: Operation of the Food & Beverage Concession at the East Brunswick Ice Arena

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting proposals for the operation of the food and beverage concession at the East Brunswick Ice Arena. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Municipal Clerk by November 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The concession operation will require compliance with various statutes, laws, and regulations. Respondents are required to submit written questions and inquiries via email to the Municipal Clerk no later than five business days prior to the RFP opening date. • The concession operation is located at the East Brunswick Ice Arena • Proposals must be made on standard proposal forms included with the specifications • Respondents are responsible for timely delivery of their proposals • The Township of East Brunswick reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal • The concession operation will be subject to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and all other applicable statutes, laws or regulations
