Description
The San Gabriel Valley Food Services Cooperative Purchasing Group, representing multiple school districts, is seeking qualified vendors to supply a complete set of paper products for school nutrition programs across all member districts. The contract will be awarded to one primary vendor, with a second vendor designated as a backup. Bidders must comply with USDA non‑discrimination and procurement regulations and be able to deliver to the various receiving sites within the cooperative. An optional pre‑proposal conference is scheduled to clarify requirements.
• Supply of plates, bowls, cups, trays, napkins, and related disposable paper items for school meals.
• Single‑vendor award for all member districts, with a backup vendor option.
