DSS#2 - Janitorial/Custodial Service for Police Recruit Training Academy

The City of Detroit is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial and custodial services for the Police Recruit Training Academy. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for renewal. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. Some key tasks and responsibilities include: * Emptying waste receptacles and replacing liners * Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers * Vacuuming and mopping floors * Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures * Providing cleaning supplies and equipment * Managing and supervising personnel * Maintaining records and providing reports * Coordinating with City staff and responding to requests and concerns.
