Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the construction of the Camp Dawson RTI Chiller Replacement project. The project involves replacing the existing chiller at the Camp Dawson training site. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2025, at 10:00 am EST. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days.
• The project includes electrical work, such as installing new VFDS and extending power and controls to new locations.
• The contractor must coordinate with other trades and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the 2020 NEC.
• The contractor must also provide control and fire alarm wire as necessary to install all systems devices and panels for complete systems.
• The project requires a West Virginia contractor's license and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
