Description
Brooklyn Bridge Park is seeking a qualified operator to provide comprehensive sanitation and custodial services throughout its 85‑acre waterfront park. The contractor will supply all labor, uniforms, and transportation, while BBP furnishes all equipment, cleaning supplies, and on‑site supervision. The work includes trash removal, sweeping, restroom cleaning, playground upkeep, ice/snow removal, and logistical support, with staffing levels that vary seasonally and a three‑year terminable‑at‑will license agreement (with two optional one‑year renewals).
• Provide a flexible workforce ranging from 2‑5 workers per shift, covering year‑round hours and peak event periods.
• Supply, clean, and maintain approved uniforms and foul‑weather gear; no equipment purchase required.
