Description
The University of Maine System is seeking a contractor to provide coaching, leadership development, and performance‑improvement services for its men’s and women’s ice‑hockey programs and senior athletic‑administrative staff. The work includes regular meetings (weekly or bi‑weekly, in‑person or virtual), on‑site attendance at practices and games when feasible, and ongoing phone/email support. The contractor must understand Division I athletics, university priorities, and be able to deliver tailored leadership‑support activities across multiple campuses.
• Provide coaching and leadership‑development sessions for ice‑hockey teams and senior athletic staff.
• Conduct regular (weekly/bi‑weekly) meetings, both virtual and on‑site, plus ad‑hoc phone/email support.
• Attend practices and games as practical, and align services with university athletic culture and Division I operational realities.
• Submit a complete, signed proposal package (Appendices A‑D) by the August 10 2026 deadline; cost evaluated at 25 % of total score.
