Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking a ServiceNow certified reseller to provide products and services related to ServiceNow. The reseller must maintain a resale agreement with ServiceNow during the term of the Master Service Agreement and provide services related to the management and invoicing of orders placed under the MSA. The MSA will provide software and applicable support and maintenance, with pricing valid and fixed for at least 3 years following execution of the Enterprise Agreement.
• The initial term of the contract will be 36 months, with the possibility of renewal or extension.
• The contract will be made available to the Executive Branch and other Commonwealth government entities as authorized by EOTSS.
• Bidders must be current bidders on Statewide Contract ITS60 or ITS75 to respond.
• The RFQ includes requirements for data classification, use of generative artificial intelligence, and enterprise information security standards and policies.
