Description
The California Arts Council is seeking a single‑award, three‑year professional services contract to provide comprehensive Reasonable Accommodation (RA) case management, ergonomic assessments, and related training/program support for its staff and clients. The contractor will conduct intake and interactive‑process support for disability accommodations, perform on‑site or remote ergonomic evaluations of workstations, develop written reports with recommendations, and deliver training to managers and HR personnel. Services are performed on an as‑needed basis for up to 40 individuals, with no guaranteed minimum volume, and all deliverables become CAC property. The contract requires full compliance with confidentiality, data‑security, and California public‑contract statutes, and offers small‑business, DVBE, and TACPA preference incentives.
