The Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) is seeking vendors to provide a wide range of custom and standardized retail promotional signage and merchandising materials for Idaho Preferred retail promotions and seasonal campaigns. The solicitation calls for printed items such as bin wraps, bollard covers, end‑cap signs, floor decals, freezer clings, banners, pennant banners, meat‑case dividers, shelf strips, stack‑base headers, twist‑ties, and Walmart digital product identifiers. All items must be produced to specific dimensions, material specifications, and four‑color printing, with artwork supplied after award. Pricing must be fully‑burdened on a per‑unit basis, and the award will go to the lowest price for each line item. Delivery is required FOB Destination to the ISDA office in Boise, ID, within the July 24 – August 14 2026 window, with a one‑week advance notice to the delivery contact.
