Description
The Town of Roxbury is seeking bids for the installation of a heat pump system at the Roxbury Community Hall. The project includes the installation of two interior high wall units, one 24kbtu and one 12kbtu, with a minimum efficiency of 21 SEER. The exterior condenser unit(s) will be ground-mounted on "snow stands". The project also includes the installation of line sets and line hide.
