This solicitation establishes a Statewide Term Contract (STC) for new, unused, current‑production furniture to be supplied to all South Carolina public procurement units. The contract is awarded to manufacturers (not resellers) who can provide a minimum 45 % discount off the manufacturer’s list price, maintain a statewide dealer/reseller network covering all 46 counties, and offer a ten‑year warranty. Offers are submitted electronically, and the contract runs for an initial one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year extensions (maximum five‑year duration).
• Scope covers 23 furniture “lots” including seating, desks, tables, storage, classroom, healthcare, outdoor, and office‑pod furniture.
• Discount‑only pricing: a single percent discount per lot (minimum 45 %) is required; installation services are billed separately (capped at 25 % of PO).
• Contractors must maintain an active website with product catalog and list prices, provide required insurance, and remit a 1.25 % administrative services fee quarterly.
