Description
The Town of Colonie is seeking bids for the purchase of Stryker Powered Ambulance Cots, Power-Load Cot Fastener Systems, and accessories for the Department of Emergency Medical Services. The contract will commence on the date of the award of the Bid and terminate on 12/31/2027. The Town is looking for a vendor to provide the required equipment and installation services. The bid should include the Grand Total Amount Bid for a single cot, all accessories, both installation services, and all three trade-in items for each of 2026 and 2027. The Town will award to the lowest bidder based on the Grand Total Amount Bid. The key aspects of the job include:
• Providing Stryker Powered Ambulance Cots, Power-Load Cot Fastener Systems, and accessories
• Installation services for the equipment
• Trade-in of older Stryker Model 6506, performance load Model 6392, and 6390 powerload equipment
• Warranty and maintenance of the equipment
The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
