Proposal for Fire Department Medical Exams

The Navajo Nation Department of Fire and Rescue Service seeks a single‑vendor professional services contract to deliver NFPA 1582‑compliant annual medical examinations for all fire‑department personnel across Arizona and New Mexico stations. The vendor must provide a full suite of examinations—including history review, imaging, cardiology, pulmonary function, audiology, vision, labs, ultrasound studies, physical fitness testing, and individualized reporting—plus optional add‑on tests quoted separately.
