Hotel Accommodation and Related Services

The U.S. Embassy Libreville is seeking quotations for hotel accommodation services to support a multi-day workshop organized by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). The event will convene approximately 125 participants, including international and local attendees. The contractor shall provide all lodging, coordination, and related services necessary to ensure a seamless and secure stay for participants. The accommodation provider must be co-located with or immediately adjacent to the workshop venue, allow walking access between guest rooms and conference facilities, and maintain consistent service standards across all rooms. • The contractor shall provide a room block of approximately 100-125 rooms, with flexibility. • The contractor shall provide daily housekeeping services, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi in all guest rooms, 24/7 front desk services, and secure premises with controlled access. • The contractor shall designate a single point of contact for group coordination and support. • The contractor shall provide a group reservation system or tracking mechanism. • The hotel must meet standards appropriate for official U.S. government-sponsored events and be able to coordinate with Embassy security personnel if needed.
