Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks a qualified contractor to supply, install, and maintain two mobile X‑ray inspection systems at the Montgomery VA Regional Office. The contractor must deliver the equipment, perform installation within normal business hours, provide end‑user training, issue competency certificates, conduct two annual preventive‑maintenance inspections, and furnish a warranty and maintenance plan. All work, including wiring, software, and testing, must be completed within 45 days of award.
• Provide two mobile X‑ray inspection systems (e.g., HI‑SCAN 7555si and 5030 or equivalents).
• Supply, install, and integrate all hardware, software, and electrical components.
