Public Housing Authority Housing Management and Accounting Software

The City of Tucson is seeking a qualified firm to provide Public Housing and Community Development Payment Management and Accounting Software services. The new software system must conform to all HUD requirements for housing authorities, incorporate project-based accounting, budgeting, and management, and adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The system will interface with the City's existing accounting system (WorkDay) and provide document management capabilities, mobile applications, and online portals for landlords, tenants, and applicants. The selected firm will provide implementation services, training, and ongoing support.
