Construction Management Services for NW Campus Housing & Dining

Florida State University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for a general contractor to provide Construction Management Services for a 10-story, 370,000SF, Student Residence Hall and a partially integrated 44,000SF Dining Facility. The contractor will be required to submit a GMP based on the Schematic Design package. The project is expected to be designed and constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the long-term use of a facility to meet owner requirements. • The project includes a 10-story, 370,000SF, Student Residence Hall • The project includes a partially integrated 44,000SF Dining Facility • The contractor will be required to submit a GMP based on the Schematic Design package • The project is expected to be designed and constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the long-term use of a facility to meet owner requirements • The Schematic Design package is expected to be made available on or after 10/10/2025
