J041--Chilled Water Piping Replace CLC N Side-GI

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace the chilled water piping on the north side of the CLC at the Grand Island VAMC. The project includes replacing 3/4-inch copper chilled water supply and return branch piping, installing dedicated flushing valves, and performing a full-system flush. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, as well as VA policies and procedures. • Replace chilled water piping • Install flushing valves • Perform system flush • Comply with VA policies and regulations • Coordinate with VA staff and stakeholders • Ensure minimal disruption to patient care areas
