The College seeks a qualified vendor to perform HVAC damper‑motor liner replacement, lubrication of 23 motorized air‑handling unit dampers, and install man‑access doors where required at the Student Center. Work must be done during normal business hours and all pricing must be all‑inclusive (shipping, handling, FOB). A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a quote, and vendors must confirm compliance with safety, debarment, and FOIA requirements.
• Replace missing damper‑motor linings and lubricate 23 motorized AHU dampers.
• Provide and install access doors for damper and actuator access.
• Attend mandatory site‑visit (Oct 7 2026) and submit a complete electronic quote by July 16 2026, 2 pm EDT.
• Pricing must be all‑inclusive, exclude taxes, and include a signed vendor acknowledgment.
