Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds‑maintenance services for the Charles V. Carr Building (5600 Carnegie Ave) and the Ridge Road Facility during the summer months of 2026. The contract covers restoration, routine weed control, pruning, debris removal, mulch installation, and occasional flower planting, with weekly visits scheduled at least one week in advance. All work must be documented and signed off by the Maintenance Foreman, and the vendor must supply required certifications, insurance, and MSDS for chemicals used.
• Restore and plant the Carnegie Bed with year‑round vegetation.
• Perform weekly weed control, pruning, debris removal, herbicide application, and mulch installation (3‑in. hardwood mulch) from June 1 to September 30, 2026.
• Provide site‑specific documentation, insurance, and compliance paperwork with each visit; no price increases allowed after award.
