Description
The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking bids for printing services for the Senior Service Directory. The directory will be printed in February 2019 and February 2021, with a total of 45,000 to 55,000 directories to be printed. The successful bidder will be required to provide printing services, including binding, cover, and delivery of the directories. The bid must include the cost per page, cost per directory, and cost to adjust signatures. The bidder must also provide samples of similar work and comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the bid document.
Key requirements include:
* Binding: plastic coil binding, 14 mm thick, 6mm pitch, and clear in color
* Cover: 80 lb. gloss cover weight, 4/4, with text in black and Pantone Matching System (PMS)
* Delivery: completed order must be delivered within four weeks from the date the final proof is returned to the vendor for printing
* Insurance: the bidder must provide insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, employers' liability, and commercial general liability
* References: the bidder must provide three client references that have been in service within the last year.
