Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies, is seeking a vendor-hosted Professional Licensing and Regulation Platform (PLRP) to manage professional licenses, permits, certifications, and registrations. The platform should have a user-centered design, a mobile component, and configuration capabilities. The vendor will be responsible for data conversion and migration from multiple legacy systems, providing training and support, and ensuring the security and accessibility of the platform. The contract is expected to be for a term of 10 years, with an initial performance period of 3 years and up to 7 renewals of 1 year or less.
