“Cradle of Coaches” Documentary Preview/Alumni Engagement Event Coordinator

Miami University is seeking a qualified event production partner to plan and execute an event to promote the release of the Cradle of Coaches documentary to Miami Alumni and engage alumni in celebrating the University’s “For love, For honor, For those who will” fundraising campaign. The event will be held in Cincinnati at Paycor Stadium and will include a preview of the documentary, as well as other activities to engage alumni. The successful firm will demonstrate their ability to leverage technology to create an immersive and memorable event that reflects the significance of the Cradle of Coaches and reinforces Miami’s brand on a national level. Some key aspects of the project include: • Up-front consultation with key stakeholders to understand audience dynamics and inform concept development and planning • Full suite of creative event services including venue branding, theme development, program content development, presentation development, video and limited motion graphics production • Catering/menu planning and recommendations that enhance the overall event experience • Oversight of sub-contractors, including catering and AV production and security if needed • Event design that leverages the Cradle of Coaches brand, and integrates For love. For honor. For those who will. campaign branding • Recommendation for staging of museum-quality, multi-media exhibits that tell the Cradle of Coaches story, and leverage memorabilia from Miami’s extensive archives.
