Catalog/Discount Vendors

The Irving Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide various products on an "as needed" basis. The district is looking for vendors who can offer discounts on their products and provide high-quality goods and services. The term of the award will be one year from the date of award, with the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods, for a maximum of five years. The district reserves the right to award to multiple vendors, and the evaluation criteria will include factors such as price, reputation, quality, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. Some key points to consider: • The district is seeking vendors who can provide a wide range of products, including but not limited to: custodial supplies, equipment rental, facilities/maintenance supplies, fine arts supplies, fire safety products, furniture, health products, instructional aids, library/media supplies, moving supplies, office supplies, photography equipment, printing and signage, promotional/awards, retail products, safety and security equipment, software, special education supplies, technology, transportation parts and supplies, and other products and supplies. • Vendors must submit their proposals electronically, and the district strongly encourages bidders to submit their responses online. • The district will evaluate proposals based on the following factors: purchase price, reputation of the vendor's goods and/or services, quality of the vendor's goods and/or services, extent to which the goods and/or services meet the district's needs, vendor's past relationship with the district, and completeness, accuracy, and relevancy of the vendor's response to this RFP.
