Description
Palm Beach County is seeking a vendor to provide towels and fender covers on a rental basis for a term contract. The contract will require the vendor to provide a variety of towel types, including shop towels, bar towels, microfiber towels, and ink towels, as well as fender covers. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and picking up the towels and fender covers on a weekly basis. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the County, taking into account factors such as price, quality, and service.
• The vendor must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to be eligible for a local preference.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
• The vendor must provide a detailed scope of work and pricing information as part of their quote.
• The vendor must certify that they have implemented a drug-free workplace program and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to human trafficking.
