Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to award a sole source procurement to A-DEC Inc. for the replacement of dental chairs at the St. Louis VAMC. The procurement includes ADEC 511 Dental Chairs, ADEC 521 Doctor’s Stools, Assistant stools, 482-ADEC monitors, 532 TRAD systems, and auxiliary equipment. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
• The procurement is for a specific brand and model of dental equipment due to its proprietary nature.
