Pension System QA Resources

The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Quality Assurance (QA) resources for its new pension administration software system. The selected vendor will provide experienced testers to work under the direction of the internal QA team and in collaboration with a third-party implementation partner. The project is entering the final software validation phase, followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel testing. The vendor will be responsible for executing hands-on testing, supporting UAT and parallel testing, and ensuring the system meets business and regulatory requirements. • The vendor will provide QA testers to perform test execution, defect logging, and test documentation. • The vendor will work with the internal QA team and implementation partner to ensure the system meets requirements. • The vendor will provide daily or weekly status updates on test progress and defect trends. • The vendor will contribute to final QA execution summary reports and knowledge transfer documentation. • The vendor will have the option to provide additional resources, such as Business Analysts, Training Specialists, Developers, or Organizational Change Management Specialists. • The contract is expected to be for a period of two years, with an option to extend for one year.
