Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide event logistic support services for the Airshow 2027 at Beale AFB, California. The contractor will be responsible for planning, management, and operational execution of all event-related logistics, with a specialized focus on traffic and parking management. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 27 April 2026 to 26 April 2027. The contractor will need to provide a management plan, staffing approach, and proposed approach to mitigate strategies and processes to proactively prevent potential risks.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing planning, management, and operational execution of all event-related logistics
• Specialized focus on traffic and parking management
• Creating an Event Logistics Plan (ELP)
• Designing traffic and parking strategies
• Coordinating with external law enforcement and transportation agencies
• Managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final closeout
