Description
The State of North Dakota’s Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for the Minot District Office located at 1305 Highway 2 Bypass East, Minot, ND. Work will be performed outside normal business hours and will include daily, weekly, monthly, and bi‑annual tasks such as vacuuming, wet‑mopping, restroom sanitation, carpet shampooing, and floor stripping/waxing. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month agreement with two optional 12‑month renewals, payable in equal monthly installments. The award will be based on technical merit (60 pts) and lowest price (40 pts).
• Mandatory site inspection on 20 Aug 2026 (3 PM CT) – attendance required to submit a proposal.
• Submission deadline 07 Sep 2026 (9 AM CT) via NDBuys; separate technical and cost files, ≤ 56 MB each.
• Minimum qualifications: at least 2 years of comparable janitorial experience, three references, required licenses/permits, and registration in the NDBuys vendor portal.
