Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of an ID card printer and camera. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes the delivery of an XID8600 dual-side printer, an ILM-DS dual-side lamination module, an EOS Rebel T7 camera with tripod and USB card reader, IDCSQL 4.x software, and IDSCQL 4.x software.
• The contract will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the city.
• The seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award.
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The contract is expected to start on 06/12/2026.
