The Superior Court of Kern County is seeking bids to renew and upgrade three Pure Storage hardware arrays, providing annual support subscriptions, controller upgrades, and on‑site installation over a three‑year term. The contract is a three‑year purchase agreement with annual purchase orders, awarded to the lowest responsive bid. The Court requires vendors to be Pure Storage authorized, submit all mandatory documentation (Seller’s Permit, Payee Data Record, AI provisions), and deliver goods within 30 days of order receipt.
