Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking bids for preventive maintenance services for HVAC systems at the North Carolina National Guard facility in Asheville, NC. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing scheduled preventive maintenance for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, extend equipment life, and reduce costly repairs.
