Description
Mississippi State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide quarterly HVAC air‑filter replacement services for every building on its main campus. The contractor will supply all labor, materials, equipment, and off‑site storage for new filters; remove and responsibly dispose of used filters; issue receipt tickets for each change; and submit quarterly reports confirming completion. The contract will run for three years, beginning July 1 2026, with the option for MSU to terminate with 30‑day notice.
• Replace all listed filters in each campus building four times per year (quarterly).
• Provide off‑site storage for new filters; on‑site storage is prohibited.
• Handle removal, disposal, and documentation of used filters, and submit quarterly performance reports.
• Must comply with MSU’s inspection processes and obtain approval for any material substitutions.
