2026 Flooring Services Pricing Sheets

Foothills Regional Housing is seeking proposals for flooring services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will provide pricing sheets for various flooring services, including carpet installations and repairs, vinyl composition tile installations, and rubber base installations. The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The Authority intends to retain the successful proposer based on a "best value" basis, considering factors such as proposed fees, relevant experience, and process. • The contractor must provide a detailed itemized rate fee proposal corresponding with designated tasks. • The contractor must comply with the most recent Carpet and Rug Institute Carpet Installation 104 and 105 Standards. • The contractor must provide a full color selection for commercial glue down and carpet square installations. • The contractor is responsible for verifying all field measurements prior to installation. • The contractor must accommodate all required installations, including stairs, ADA accessibility, commercial, and residential.
